Colleges that don't use standardized tests in making admissions decisions.
NEW YORK STATE OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM
Admission to participating colleges through an academic support program established by the state of New York.
EARLY ACTION
An admissions process based on applying and receiving an admissions decision early. Students have until May 1st to accept admission offer. This is NOT a binding agreement.
NCAA ATHLETIC RECRUITMENT
College bound student athletes can be admitted and play for a school's athletic team.
Students must complete 'clearinghouse' process to be eligible.
EARLY DECISION
An admissions process in which a student applies by an early deadline (usually in November) and is given a decision (usually in December) and agrees to attend if admitted. This IS a binding agreement.
